I'm hoping to schedule a battle set there soon.

Wow! It's been far too long since I posted. Here is a quick update. I am working on putting together a pirate village. I picked up several of these very nice Games of War buildings, as well as the Fortified Manor from Games Workshop:

Here they are all together, with a few other odds and ends. The tower is finished, and I am starting in on the smaller buildings.I'll post updates as the project comes along.

I added some new guns to my galleon yesterday. They are from Minimi Miniatures in the UK. I think they turned out alright, and they fit well with the ship.

Here is a comparison of some of the guns in the fleet:

They are, from left to right, a warhammer Empire Great Cannon, a weapons & warriors cannon, a Minimi cannon, and a Games of War cannon.

Just finished up the dwarf slayer pirates to go with the organ gun.

They are led by a fearless dwarf captain, the subscription-model.

I have just recently finished my undead pirates, and m now working on a small band of dwarves. Here is the completed organ gun:

Next up are 20 slayer pirates, including the new white dwarf subscription-only model.

Night of the Scurvy Dead

I recently finished up my undead pirate army (I'll put up some pictures of them later). To celebrate, I held a massive port city battle with some friends. Here are a few pics of the game.

Welcome aboard! I am an avid Warhammer player, and over the last few years have been working on several pirate-themed armies. I've decided to create a blog to showcase them.

The first is a Marienburg-themed Empire army. It features the Forge World Landship.



The second is an Ogre Kingdoms army that is heavy on leadbelchers and maneaters.



I am putting the finishing touches on a group of undead pirates and lots of terrain, and will add pictures soon.
